The farmhouse "Cerreto" has been renovated without detracting from the original structures charm. Records preserved in the Monastery of St. Peter's mention the farmhouse as early as 1600.
Each apartment is independent and spacious and can accommodate two to six people, with the possibility of additional beds for children.
All units have heating, kitchenettes, and bathrooms with showers. They are tastefully furnished and equipped with a Television. The apartments take their names from the villages that you see looking out the windows.

Daily rates

- 38 euros per person per night (1 night)
- 28 euros per person ( two nights minimum )

Our on site chef will prepare delicious Umbrian or Italian cuisine, in line with your dietary requirements. Please confirm upon booking.
- Breakfast ( 7 euros per person)
- Lunch (25 euros per person)
- Dinner (25 euros per person)

Prices may vary during public holidays and event periods. Please contact us if you want remain more than a night.
Please contact us if you come with dogs (10 euros a night if it is small, 15 euros if it is big).

Included : water, electricity, linen for rooms, the bathroom and the kitchen. The additional bed or cot costs € 15.00 per day.
The week goes with the check-in on Saturdays at 16.00 and check out the following Saturday at 10.00.

For large groups we recommend renting the whole farmhouse. There is a large dining room and kitchen which is great for cooking and eating together. Please contact us to discuss the price.
