The farmhouse/holidays house "Cerreto", is entirely in stone and according to amanuensis maps in the Monastery of Saint Peter, dates back to the 17th century.
It is situated on a hill overlooking a splendid and quiet countryside between two medieval villages.
The farmhouse Cerreto is situated at 450 at sea level, renovated by the owner, who is an architect, in the tipical stonemade and wood Umbrian country-style. It has 6 apartments in different levels and in different sizes and also each of them has different special views.
Excellent for families and groups vacation.

The farmhouse Santa Maria is all sorrounded by very big and flowered gardens, with all kinds of typical Umbrian centuries-old trees that will let you hear, smell, and see the striking views and the fascinating atmospheres that our property always gives to his special guests in search of peacefull and silent places.
And lost in this magic gardens, you will find a nice stone path that will reach you to our swimming pool (6x17 met.), that is located just 100 meters from the Agriturismo, on a special level from where you can see the amazing panorama made by all the sorrounding valleys, forests and ancient medieval villages.
Near the swimming pool we have a building with 2 rooms, that is to say the bathroom (that includes 2 toilets and 2 showers) and the boxroom equipped with refrigerator and lavabo, where you can leave all your stuff for the swimming pool (airbed, balls, rubber ring..).
We have also a light system for all yours evening swims and a narrow country path that from the swimming pool get you in the middle of the nearest forest, crossed by a river.
To get more peace and relax, in our gardens you can search for the wood tables and benchs that are hidden by trees, or even to reach a spacious multiple use hall, with an imposing rustic fireplace which may be used for groups, it is adaptable for conferences, parties and meetings.
In this area the following artistic courses are been held from time to time: watercolour painting, oil colour, portraits, ancient technique icons and flower arranging course, using dried flowers and materials gathered in the fields.
Besides there is a large dining room for 30 persons.
There is even a little meditation nook naturally built in the rock, with benches, Jesus's icon, a little window and some candles for night visits; On request the entire farmhouse of 740 sm. can be booked to ensure privacy and total independence.
There is a complete change of bed linen and towels and cleaning of the apartment weekly.
On request we provide daily cleaning, baby sitter, a cook and a caretaker who will help for the group needs.

 

Here there are six separate apartments with a terrace created in such a way as to allow total independence and privacy.
The spacious apartments are furnished in good taste and have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom.
The rustic country-style kitchens are fully equipped.

Civitella dei Conti can be used also as an apartment for disables people. It is situated at the ground floor and it has a great bedroom for 3/4 people, with also bathroom including disables amenities, a kitchen and a little portico/shed.

San Bartolomeo 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms for 6 adults and 5 childs
San Bartolomeo has 3 bedrooms ,3 bathrooms, a living room , a dining room with kitchen and 2 porticos where it's lovely to spend the time by.

Cerretello 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms for 6 adults and 3 childs
Cerretello, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen /dining room and terrace

Rosato 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms for 4 adults and 3 childs
Rosato the apartment near Cerretello's one, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a great living room. This last two apartments (Cerretello and Rosato) with a communicating door between them, can be joined in just one big apartment .

All apartments have tv and terrace or portico where is possible to eat outside and to admire the fantastic panorama of the Umbrian green hills.
The bedrooms have their own bathrooms and also antiques high standard furniture: chest of drawers, bedside table, wardrobe and headboard .
Each bathroom has a shower (two have also baths), bidet, wc and lavabo.
In every apartment you will find the kitchen with lavabo, cold and hot water, electric/gas cooker, refrigerator/freezer, chairs and table with drawers in which you can find cutlery and a sideboard with pots, pans, plates and glasses and all that you need for cooking yourself and some clothes line.
There is a common big livingroom with fireplace and 6 big glass doors, a perfect place of light to organize meetings, courses, seminars and games .

There is also a chapel, or better a meditation room, a library for mind relax and a wine cellar/shop to taste good wine and food of our well-known region.
There is also a big wood-burning owen for the pizzas evenings or for amazing breakfast with warm bread and brioches, the right way to begin the touristic day.

So you can mix your own private moments with other community life moments:
1- A big common living room for example, that includes old-fashioned iron chairs, wood armchairs and sofa hung with flowered tapestry, some home plants, a big and amazing fireplace and a painted ceiling;
2- A portico and the dining room where we organize dinners and meals under reservation.
3- A gameroom, that is equipped with tennis table, table football, puzzles, draw stuffs and table games for every age.
4- A organization to make excursion in the nearby, discovering hiking and biking trails with an expert explorer and also with a mountain bike rental service.

Gas, electricity, water and weekly change of bed linen and towels are included when booking in the price.
Check in for a week is from Saturday at 16:00 till the following Saturday at 10:00.
Cleaning lady, baby sitter and a cook are provided on request.
Payment : 50% at booking (with no refund if cancelled) and 50% on arrival.
