Agriturism Santa Maria facilities:

The first thing that will quite shock and surprise you, is too see that heaven exists for real and that it’s as beautiful as God told us! Joking aside, you should see that!
In fact the farmhouse Santa Maria is all surrounded by very big and flowered gardens, with all kinds of typical Umbrian trees that we have planted just to let you hear, smell, and see the striking views and the fascinating atmosphere that our property continuously offers for its special guests in search of peaceful and silent places.
And immersed in these enchanting gardens, you will find a beautiful stone path that leads you to our outdoor swimming-pool (16 x 7 meters), that is located just a 100 meters from the agriturism, on a special level from where you can see the amazing panorama formed by all the surrounding valleys, forests and ancient medieval villages.

Near the swimming-pool we have a building with 2 rooms, the bathroom (that includes 2 toilets and 2 showers) and the box-room equipped with refrigerator and lavabo, where you can leave all your things for the swimming-pool (airbed, balls, rubber ring…).
We have also a light-system for all your evening swims and a narrow country-path that leads you from the swimming-pool to the middle of the nearest forest, crossed by a river.
To enjoy more peace and relaxation, you can search for the wooden tables and benches hidden by trees in our gardens, or you can go in our little, unique stone-made chapel (meditation-room), which is built on an ancient rock, containing benches, a Jesus-icon, a little window and some candles for visits at night-time; our library as well is a nice place to go to, where you will be able to find some good books or magazines to read.

You can combine your own private moments with other community life moments in this way:
1- A big common living room for example, with iron chairs of an antique stile, wooden armchairs and a sofa hung with flower-tapestry, some home-plants, a huge amazing fireplace and a painted ceiling;
2- A portico and the dining-room where we organize dinners and meals according to reservation.
3- A games room, that is equipped with tennis table, table football, puzzles, drawing-material and table games for every age.
4- An organization that offers expeditions in the surrounding area, to discover hiking and biking trails with an expert explorer, also with a mountain bike rental service.

The Santa Maria Agriturismo has an internet point that is located in the Reception where you can check your e-mails or just surf on the internet.

The reception is also equipped with fax-machine and telephone-service. We have a free parking area and all the facilities to make your holiday a great, funny and at the same time calm and relaxed one, like the heating if you come during the winter season, barbecues and a big wood-burning oven where you can feel free to cook, or where we can cook pizza, bread or even meat for you; washing machine and laundry facilities; CD player, cassette player and radio to cheer up the meals we will prepare for you.
